All customers and visitors to this website agree to comply with Wendy Billie &/or Adrenazen, LLC’s terms and conditions as expressed below.
Cancellations
Yoga class punch cards expire after 90 days. Yet, if given advance notice due to an injury or other approved reason, deadlines may be extended one month per owner approval.
Workshop & retreat registrations are non-refundable yet may be transferable to another student identified by attendee. Deposits are non-refundable.
Waiver
By signing up for and/or attending Wendy Billie &/or Adrenazen LLC classes, workshops, or privates, you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers related to engaging in active and passive exercise.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in and having access to classes and facilities provided by Wendy Billie &/or Adrenazen LLC, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby agree to:
Class Returns – All punch card sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a card. If you move or choose not to continue your yoga classes, you are welcome to sell or transfer your card to another person. Please inform Wendy if a new person will be using your unexpired punch card.
Merchandise Returns – All merchandise sales are final, refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of a store credit or exchange in the case of a defect. No refunds for cash.

- assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities,
- assume all risk of injury and assume full responsibility of your use of the facility and shall not harm Wendy Billie &/or Adrenazen LLC
- represent you are in good health and have no disability, impairment, injury, disease or ailment which would prevent you from attending Wendy Billie &/or Adrenazen LLC classes and/or using the facilities
- by signing up and/or attending any Wendy Billie &/or Adrenazen activity, you are confirming that you have not been instructed by a physician not to do so.
