It is a bird song filled morning. The sun is streaming through the leaves of the birch tree and the temperature is oh so perfect at 70 degrees. I’m sipping on my most favorite of morning drinks ~ a dark coffee with a splash of cream adorned with cinnamon, cardamon, and some local honey. My dog is lounging on her couch and I’m chilling on my bright turquoise adirondack surrounded by green plants on my little porch. The breeze is sampling its breath upon my cheek. And just minutes before, I was brushed by my lovers lips and my meditation cushion had her time with me. Life is full with so much beauty. And yet. Here I sit. Trying to figure (trivial) shit out. Did you read the first paragraph? It is a fricken Norman Rockwell painting, a Zen masters studio, and an abridged Harlequin romance. Yet, the mind is taking its obligatory turn, it’s attempting to grip my wheel of life. For years, we have trained the mind to figure things out. To know that red is stop, green is go, and yellow is to step on the gas pedal and punch it. Well, for some of us maybe. So I get it, I am fully aware that I am in the ebb and flow of life’s beauty amidst the mind’s desire to get it all right and follow the rules to assist with the collective harmony. The struggle is real. But, here is what I know for certain (this morning at least), that if we don’t train the heart to speak first...to let the heart’s divine love be the driver of your fancy life...that the mind will buckle up every single time. It will do everything possible to avoid the speeding ticket and in that manipulation, you will miss out on so much meaningful magic. For when we first tune into the heart’s wisdom and then send that innate wisdom of truth to our incredible scholastically trained brain ~ we can be powerful beyond measure. You see my dear. Your heart was the first sign of life (yes, brain cells came long after) so the Divine Love in which you are tethered ~ lies within your heart. Lose your mind and come to your senses. ~ Fritz Pearls So, will you take a deep breath with me? Exhale out all the trivial shit that the brain has convinced you to figure out. And, let’s return to the heart and ask what truly matters. What in this moment is in your highest and best interest? How can you better serve the collective (beyond obeying the road signs)? Does this choice you are trying to make bring wind beneath you and speak to how you wish for others to feel? When you hear the whispers, send it to the doer brain and go and manifest some incredible stuff. Yes! The heart is an incredible driver and when she is wide open ~ the infinite wisdom of the universe is accessible to you. And in that space, you will become a master at deciphering what is worth figuring out. You can then get to work in training the brain to do the real (meaningful) stuff. And a fun side effect of doing the real work, you just might spot those highway patrol a mile away. So, step on the gas and enjoy the journey. Until our paths cross again...sparkly light & love to you. Wendy

The grapple or the brawl the person is in today is cultivating the strength that he necessitates for tomorrow. Life is a game. And the fact of the matter is, we all in the same tournament, but at different levels dealing with different devils of the same hell. In my opinion, a diamond with a flaw is better than a pebble. Thus, you should trust your struggle but never let it become your identity. To unearth the hidden blessing of struggle, you have to develop a good and agreeable etiquette- https://www.reginafasold.com/blog/character-strength-the-secret-ingredient-of-successful-people/. Thank you very much :)
